Part time, flexible

We’re always on the lookout for reliable and hardworking cleaning staff.

Our guests have high expectations and we have quick turnarounds between check-outs and check-ins. We therefore need staff who pay great attention to detail, are extremely thorough and can manage their time efficiently.

Hospitality experience is preferred but not essential.

Our cleaning/housekeeping roles will involve travel to various apartments across Edinburgh.

GUEST RELATIONS ASSISTANT

Part time

We’re seeking a Guest Relations Assistant to work with our growing business. Ideally you should have previous hospitality experience however full training will be provided.

Responsibilities include:

  • Dealing with booking requests and updating various booking systems accordingly
  • Answering enquiries relating to our portfolio
  • Visiting apartments to check guests in and show them features of their accommodation

Due to varying check-ins times for guests, you should be flexible with hours of work and should be available to travel to multiple locations.
