Edinburgh City Apartments offers a full management service to owners of both short and long term rental properties. Having owned and managed rental properties for over 10 years, we are well placed to help with your investment.

For those looking to operate in the short term rental market, we can fully control your availability, rates and bookings across various platforms. We handle all payments, guest contact and any emergencies 24/7. You will not be required to have any involvement in the day to day running, admin or guest contact (unless you want to).

If you have a property more suited to longer term rentals, you’re deciding to exit the short term rental market due to new licensing restrictions, or if you’d like to consider a mix of both short and long term bookings, we are well placed to assist with this. We particularly specialise in shorter tenancies of 3-5 months.

Our standard charges are:

Short term/holiday let

Management Fee – 15%
Booking Site Commission – 0-15% (at cost depending on the agent used)
Cleaning fee (depending on property size and provisions, from £60)

Medium/Long term rentals

Management fee – 10%
New tenancy/turnover – £250*

* This fee includes all marketing, photography, viewings and check in inventory. Other reduced packages can be made available.
