Many clients have multiple properties in Edinburgh and it sometimes makes sense to have a mix of investments (e.g. some holiday rentals and some longer term lets). We are happy to offer discounted management fees to those who would like us to manage more than one of their properties.

Although we do not offer a “guaranteed rent” or offer to rent your properties from you, we are flexible with terms and can cater to your specific circumstances.

We can manage:

• Properties in areas across Edinburgh & East Lothian
• Multiple properties in the same building
• Entire buildings
