Short Term Let Management

Short term let management is where we started in 2012. We continue to manage a range of properties, from studios to 4 bedroom apartments across Edinburgh from Leith, The Royal Mile, Tollcross and many in between.

Edinburgh short term let owners are currently going through a challenging time where there is a real possibility that their properties will no longer be able to continue operating. We are happy to discuss options with you, whether you are currently running a holiday rental, or you’re looking into the possibility of purchasing one or changing a current property’s use.

We manage every aspect of the management of your short term rental including:

• Photography
• Listing across various marketing websites
• Setting rates, availability and minimum stays
• Liaising with guests, before, during and after their stay
• Handling all payments
• Being a point of contact at any time throughout a guest’s stay

We charge a management fee of 15% of the total booking price plus a cleaning fee for each turnover. This price depends on the size of the property and is approximately £60 (1 bedroom), £75 (2 bedrooms), £90-120 (3 bedrooms), £120-150 (4 bedrooms). Any additional costs for booking site commission, maintenance or repairs are charged at cost with no added premiums.
