Medium/Long Term Let Management

We are registered Letting Agents in Scotland which means we can manage properties on a long term basis.

We particularly specialise in “medium term rentals”. It’s worth noting that there is no legally defined “medium term rental”. Your property is either a short term rental (and requires a short term let license), or it’s a long term rental (with tenants signing a PRT and you meeting all rental and landlord obligations and regulations). There are minor exceptions here.

We specifically market these properties to international visits or those relocating to Edinburgh. There are a variety of ways a property can be managed as a short term rental and this depends on your own requirements for your property.

We charge a management fee of 15% for any rental expected to last up to 90 days and 10% for anything beyond that. We offer various new tenancy packages from £50-£250 depending on whether you require a full inventory and the level of marketing you require.
